Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we offer store credit instead.

  • All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • To begin a return or exchange, email hello@wearmoonberri.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.


💰 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • For exchanges, we’ll hold your requested item for 7 days. If we don’t receive your return in that time, the item will return to inventory.

  • If your exchange item costs more, we’ll send an invoice for the difference. This must be paid within 24 hours.

  • Enjoy one free exchange shipment per order—we cover the shipping cost back to you.


❗ Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

  • Clearance or Final Sale items

  • Products ending in .99

  • Sleep accessories (e.g., eye masks, slippers) and intimate sleepwear, due to hygiene reasons

  • Gift cards and giveaway items


📸 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

  • Your order number and full name

Items must be unworn with tags attached. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
