Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days, we offer store credit instead.

All returns and exchanges must be received within 30 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective.

To begin a return or exchange, email hello@wearmoonberri.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange.
💰 Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days after we receive your return.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For exchanges, we’ll hold your requested item for 7 days. If we don’t receive your return in that time, the item will return to inventory.

If your exchange item costs more, we’ll send an invoice for the difference. This must be paid within 24 hours.

Enjoy one free exchange shipment per order—we cover the shipping cost back to you.

The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit:

Clearance or Final Sale items

Products ending in .99

Sleep accessories (e.g., eye masks, slippers) and intimate sleepwear, due to hygiene reasons

Gift cards and giveaway items
📸 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that’s damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Photos clearly showing the issue

Your order number and full name
Items must be unworn with tags attached. If approved, we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
